Neurolaw in Action: Neurotech and ELSI in the Global/Asian Contexts

■ 開催趣旨
５年間にわたり、ムーンショット型研究開発事業目標１金井良太プロジェクトにおいてニューロテックの法学的・倫理学的リサーチをおこなってきたIoB-S（Internet-of-Brains）が研究活動の総括として国際シンポジウムを開催します。近年、UNESCO、OECD、UNなど、国際機関が相次いでニューロテックや脳データについての規制枠組についての提案を競うように明らかにしました。このグローバルな動向に翻弄されることなく、私たちはどのような理論的・実務的な視点に立つべきか。未だ発展途上にある「神経法学（Neurolaw）」という新たな学問領域の可能性を見据えつつ、未開拓な今こそ自由に語る機会を持ちたいと思います。ふるってご参加ください。
